If the issue is from our side

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our mistake, we’ll replace it at no additional shipping cost.
Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order by calling 0325-8557905 or emailing info@dermaroller.pk.
You’ll need to send the product back to us, and once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement as soon as possible.

If the issue is from your side

If the reason for return is not due to our error, we can still replace the item, but additional shipping charges will apply.

Replacement timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days.
